Seeking more information / footage of this show if possible.

Anybody around the age of thirty from the UK or Ireland might remember it. This is the only clip I've found after searching the Internet for about a decade. It was a forty minute, weekend block of classic cartoons, mostly public domain but not all, which aired on The Children's Channel (TCC) from around 1988 - 1992. It was simply called Cartoon Classics. A few curious things I remember about this series: 1. It played about 98 percent public domain cartoons and then, for some reason, stuck in the odd non public domain like Tom and Jerry (always Hatch Up Your Troubles) or The Hep Cat. 2. This was aimed at children, on The Children's Channel but as you can see in the clip, they had no trouble airing, for instance, The Office Boy (Flip The Frog) or pre-code Betty Boop. It was almost like they had no screening process at all. Every cartoon was selected completely at random. I even remember viewing All This and Rabbit Stew on this show. 3. They mixed in a good few of the sepia toned Looney Tunes with fake "The End" cards. Where did they get them prints from, same source as the Cartoons 'R' Fun VHS collection? Despite all this, the show was amazing. The prints they aired were always pristine and the cartoons ranged from WB, Paramount, Van Beuren, Pat Sullivan etc. No Disney. Your typical public domain package but with near perfect prints and you never knew what was up next. The opening / bumpers featured a cartoon orchestra animated in black and white in a Max Fleischer style. Any more information on this show, clips or episodes would be greatly appreciated if there happens to be a recording out there somewhere. Otherwise, all I have is a fond, childhood memory and this tiny clip.
