I decided to add a little spice to my H-B threads by editing them to include one trivia question about subjects not covered in the threads. Rather than go in chronological order, I'll go down the line, page by page.

Yep. You'll find the first question in Saturday Morning Slam Dunks. And each question is at the bottom of the page of the posts that express my thoughts about the shows, FYI for those who were looking yesterday.

Well it's been ten days, and I haven't seen one single answer. If you're having trouble seeing the questions, look at my first posts of each thread, and scroll to the bottom. Then type your replies.

So far, only two of my trivia questions have been answered. I'll supply the answers to the first two sets if I see no further answers by Halloween.

Well, I just finished supplying the answers to all the unanswered questions I posted prior to yesterday. Those for November I'll hold off on until after Christmas.

Not for lack of interest, perhaps, as much as that an edited Post doesn't show up on the "scoreboard" the way a fresh new Post does. Thus, these trivia questions that you've appended show no outward sign that anything has changed. Me, I'd love to take a crack at one of these "ticklies," if only there were some way to find them without ransacking the whole Hanna-Barbera subfolder.

Ooh, there might be a work-around for this dilemma. The idea behind it, adding a riddle-to-be-researched question to existing analyses of Hanna Barbera cartoons, is entirely sound. However, doing it as an edit leaves no indication when or where this "bonus" question appears. My idea is that Emeraldisle create a sock-puppet account that does one thing only: pretend to be an excited goofus that "finds" the question, but lobs a completely wrong answer. This will flag the thread with the bonus question so that everyone else who logs in can see that new material has been added, and can zero in on "ticklie" you've installed. And because your sock puppet is playing The Ditz, there's no chance of getting it accidentally correct and spoiling the surprise.

Unfortunately, I don't know anything about sock puppet accounts.
