You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Well, here's my idea for the Spec Script I keep mentioning! Here's the premise: when Back in Action becomes a box office bomb, Warner Bros. fires the Looney Tunes(Bugs Bunny,Daffy Duck,Lola Bunny,Porky Pig,Elmer Fudd,Yosemite Sam,Tweety,Sylvester,Granny,Pepe Le Pew, Wile E. Coyote and Road Runner,Speedy Gonzales,Foghorn Leghorn,Marvin the Martian, and the Tasmanian Devil) and they all go their separate ways. Years later, the Toons now have new jobs and/or careers. However realizing the world still needs the Looney Tunes, Bugs and Daffy decide to reunite all of their Toon co-stars to go on a nationwide comedy comeback tour. It will be a live-action/animated slapstick comedy that will serve as a tribute to the original cartoons. Originally it was suppose have drama material, but I have now decided to make it more light and fun with some sad moments. The learners test message needs a little work since my original message of "cartoons should not be forgotten" didn't work out, but I do want to somehow express how much Looney Tunes/Merrie Melodies have impacted our country and the entire world. My idea will not have a leading role, rather the Toons serving as an ensemble cast making sure done of the Toons get reduced to "cameos." I plan to keep the Toons retain their personalities from the original cartoons, while making Lola Bunny different than in Space Jam and The Looney Tunes Show to make her seem like she can fit in with the Looney Tunes in the original cartoons(Which needs a lot of work).
Well, what do you guys think? I will appreciate any feedback/suggestions/ideas for my idea! :)
    Thanks!

I like that idea! Yeah, it's been pretty sleepy on this forum compared to over ten years ago, but I stop by once in a while, and I can tell you that's a pretty good story idea. But I'm not sure if it could carry on as a feature-length film... maybe as an hour-long TV/streaming special though!

I'd concur with Wiley207: the Looney Tunes are a comedy troupe that takes a premise and runs with it in hilarious directions for about six or seven minutes. Kind of like Saturday Night Live: none of their skits went more than 15 minutes. The Looneys just can't keep the comedy drive alive for an hour or more. Space Jam was mostly Michael Jordan, which is why this production happened in the first place. Back In Action came close, but it needed the entire ensemble cast to go that distance, plus it sank Joe Dante's directing career. Even Hanna-Barbera knew their huge bullpen of animated characters could only be stomached for six minutes at a time; 22 minutes, tops.
