Very Obscure Cartoon, Ca. 1960, Angles & Devils Fight

In my very early childhood (I was born in 1956) I saw a cartoon on television in which a boy, in voiceover, tells a Bible story to an adult, likely his father. Like the boy, the adult is never shown on screen. The story the boy tells is about Satan being cast out of Heaven. He says the angels and devils got into a "star fight" which, he explains, is like a snowball fight except with stars. The cartoon was drawn in a very distinctive style from what I can remember, with simple stick figures or something similar, and was likely in black and white with no shading. At the end the boy says something to the effect he might have made some of this stuff up because he didn't remember everything in his Sunday School lesson (or whatever) and the adult says something like: "yeah: I kind of thought you might have".

Does anyone have a clue as to what I am remembering or where it might be seen?
