Yup, you've got all righty. This is Aunt Figg, voiced by Charlotte Rae, and the lawyer Lickboot, voiced by the late Tony Jay, from Tom And Jerry The Movie. Aunt Figg stands in loco parentis while Robin Starling's father is missing. She can tap in the Starling assets for the benefit of Robin, but she abuses this power to stuff herself with goodies while Robin is a prisoner in the mansion's attic. Well, I had the answer from the get-go. It's Mr. Rockwell and Fred Flintstone, from the episode "The Hit Song Writers." Not only did Hoagy Carmichael voice his own animated likeness, but he was one of the very few to not have a prehistoric name.
