The Cartoon Quote Game...

Yeah, I double checked by looking up the quote afterwards, but the moment I saw the second set of dialogue I knew who it was.
"I killed a man. With this thumb."

Had to look up his name, but I recognized the quote instantly. This is the chef Horst from Pixar's Ratatouille. Linguini is told by Colette that Horst had been in prison, but his crime changes every time he's asked. Y'know, I could swear he says, "I killed a man ... with my thumb." But, what do I know?

Correct. It's okay, I had to look up his name at first myself--but this quote remains memorable--and it is indeed "I killed a man. With this thumb." Which actually makes it even funnier in my opinion.

Of course, my ears are defective, just like the rest of my head. So, I spooled a copy of this film just to make sure I get these quotes right.

"Eh, Doc: when you bring Daffy back, could you make him 20% funnier?"
"I heard that."

So, so, so easy. It's Bugs and Daffy, from "Looney Tunes: Back In Action."

Well, this isn't a full-fledged bad guy changing to a good guy, but he ends up gooder, and definitely changed.

Hint: the world's greatest spoiled brat says this, now that he's stilled spoiled but less bratty. He says it to a nice, normal workaday fellow.

Just found it. It's Emperor Kuzco, from "The Emperor's New Groove."

Correct, Emperor Kuzco from Disney's The Emperor's New Groove had plans to build a summer palace on a neighboring hilltop, displacing Pacha and his family. After Kuzco and Pacha had their adventure together, Kuzco found an elegant way to cancel the project.
