Just as I thought. This is the sensitive male from the Johnny Bravo episode "The Sensitive Male" in which a mild looking little man gives Johnny advice for how to get a woman-School House Rock style of course. Bonus points for actually getting Jack Sheldon from a few School House Rock songs to voice said character.

That's exactly where the quote comes from. The Sensitivity Man coaches Johnny Bravo on what women want in a man. The whole episode is an homage / parody of the School House Rock vignettes. Good tracking, Glowworm; the next quote is yours.

It's definitely that wolf--but it's actually from "Blackboard Jumble" when the Droopy students lock themselves inside a classroom.

Yes, this is Tex Avery's Southern Wolf, designed and animated while at MGM Studios. The quote actually occurs in both cartoons: Blackboard Jumble and The Three Little Pups; perhaps the line was deemed too apropos to be used only once. Daws Butler, the voice actor behind the Southern Wolf, blends a Tennessee drawl with beatnik nonchalance seamlessly.

To be honest, I thought the line in the Three Little Pups was "Now there's a well built dog house." but I could be wrong...

Ooh, that may be right; there's a video on YouTube of Tex's Southern Wolf in full Tennessee beatnik mode, and it has two cartoons where he spouts the "well built door" line. Let me go looking at it again:

That's the exact video I was looking at to try to pinpoint exactly which Southern Wolf short had this line...

Addendum: Glowworm was right, the Wolf says "There's a well built dog house." in the second instance. My hearing's going, just like my knees, my lumbars and my sanity.

Don't let it trouble you, Mr. Bunny. I've seen " The Three Little Pups" countless times to know that line. I don't watch "Blackboard Jumble" nearly as much--that one was actually directed by Michael Lah.
I think to get rid of the confusion, I'll post the next quote--which is something I've been itching to use lately.
