I knew the answer from the get-go, but was waiting for someone else. It's the dog from "Space Jam."

Correct, it's Barnyard Dog watching the film that describes the very early days of basketball and the NBA. He throws his box of popcorn at Foghorn Leghorn, who's blocking Dog's view. The popcorn makes quite an impact, knocking that big rooster down, as if there was a brick in the box as well. Oh wait, this is Looney Tunes Land, so including a brick with your movie popcorn would be normal. You and I shop for a loaf of bread and a bottle of milk; Looneys shop for a crate of dynamite and a six-pack of anvils. Good memory, Em.
