Amazingly, I found it. It's Peridot, from the "Steven Universe" episode "Reunited," which aired earlier this month.

Correct. Peridot is the flower girl at Ruby and Sapphire's wedding. Of course, not being from Earth, she throws the flowers pretty roughly, to the point where one of the wedding guests, Fryman, gets knocked out by one.
Also Ruby and Sapphire make up Garnet--who is a fusion.
