Hah, I was actually watching that video yesterday, after seeing the live action version.
It's Tigger from "Winnie the Pooh and the Blustery Day." Tigger sees his reflection in Pooh's mirror, and isn't sure what it is.
This gag is redone a bit in "Christopher Robin" the live action version which just recently came out in which Tigger tries to go after his reflection in the rear view mirror of a taxi cab.

Indeed, it is very good. I'm just glad that they got Cummings to voice Tigger after all. (originally, he was just going to be voicing Pooh.) Eeyore steals almost every scene he's in though.

Well, this has to be Lewis Carroll's Alice Through The Looking Glass, most likely done by Walt Disney Pictures, since Walt seems to have had a fixation of sorts on Alice. Disney Studios also made a mixed-media series of Alice's adventures.
