    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Sorry, Salty. That's not it. Hint: Broadway veteran meets well-known Patriot, and family with a smart-mouthed baby.

Ah, I've actually seen this episode, but never really got who Mike Tyson was fighting. This is Carol Channing who we recently lost from the Family Guy episode "Patriot Games." For some inexplicable reason, Carol Channing is fighting Mike Tyson--and she wins, shouting this retort out to a booing crowd.
Also, yes, this is the infamous episode where Stewie keeps beating the crap out of Brian while continuously asking "You got my money?"

Thanks, your clue helped brilliantly. However, I did have to look up who said it as like I said before, I had never really heard of Carol Channing.
Also, sadly, I used to think the "Shipoopi" song in that episode was made up by Peter Griffin. :shame:
    "Okay. Bedtime."
    "Aww!"
    "Aww!"
    "Not you two."
    "Yay!"

Hint-The ones disappointed that it's time for bed are three little girls and two little yellow guys. Fortunately, the little yellow guys DO NOT have to go to bed yet.

I guess it's Gru and the minions from one of the "Despicable Me" movies.

Correct. This is from the first Despicable Me movie. It's actually my favorite part of the movie. After catching two of his Minions (who were told to watch over the girls) and Margot, Edith and Agnes having a toilet paper fight, Gru immediately announces that it's time for bed--much to the dismay of the girls--who do the first "Aww!" and to Jerry and Stuart--the two Minions in question. Fortunately for Jerry and Stuart, they DON'T have to go to bed yet.

Oh, this must be Chumley the walrus making an observation to his mentor, Tennessee Tuxedo the penguin. Tennessee Tuxedo And His Friends was a subset series to Total Televion's The Underdog Show.

Okay, time for an unpleasant quote, from someone with ... issues.

"He's nothin' but a low-down, double-dealin', back-stabbin', larcenous, perverted worm! Hangin's too good for him! Burnin's too good for him! He should torn into little bitty pieces, and buried alive!"

Verily, star witness Hanover Fiste said this as he mutated into that vengeful hulking brute on the witness stand. The film is Heavy Metal, the segment on the trial of Captain Lincoln Sternn, a defendant with the style and swagger of Captain Kirk, but with the morals of Dick Dastardly. Bravo, Saltyboot, you're up to bat now. :D

    "A wawwy? What's a wawwy?"
"You know, a wawwy. A warge gathewing of mice fow a weason."
    "Oh, a rally!"
    "That's what I said. A wawwy."

Oh! From An American Tail, this'd be Gussie Mouseheimer with the Baba Wawa speech defect, conversing with Honest John, a mouse politician elected repeatedly by deceased voters. John checks to make sure the deceased are registered to vote, then fills out absentee ballots in their name, knowing the Elections Commission rarely checks for Death Certificates in the voter rolls.

Gosh, I love that scene. Especially that poor little serving mouse that keeps refilling Honest John's glass with booze. Some drops spill on the floor and burn holes into it. The look on her face is priceless: the stuff she's pouring drills holes in the floor on contact, and this corpulent mouse is guzzling it?

Yes, it's Jake the kangaroo rat, in charge of the Aussie landing strip in The Rescuers Down Under. Jake is prepared to guide in an inbound avian, but after checking his size chart of birds, when he finds the one marked albatross ... well, you can just hear the panic in his tone. His little airfield isn't ready for something that size. Good memory, Salty. :)
