    Other Side Of Maleficent

    I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    I'll admit I've held off from posting for a while. After 186 pages, I've pretty much used most of my favorites. In some cases, I'll know the answer, but I won't reply because I don't have another quote.Still get a kick out of reading the other responses, though.

    Well, I've seen Gone Batty, so I know the quote doesn't come from there. That leaves Casey At The Bat, though such a malaproper seems out of place. Could this be from a character parody of Yogi Berra, perchance?

    I don't know if he's a parody of Yogi Berra, but it's the coach in Casey at the Bat. He says the line at the beginning of the cartoon when you first see the players in the dugout.
