He did say that, but the character that originally said it (and the one I'm thinking of) spoke that line in a short film. Wererabbit was a full leangh film.

Oh, then this'd be the same Nick Park-created Wallace and Gromit, specifically Wallace speaking, during the stop-motion short cartoon A Close Shave. In this one, Gromit attempts to wash windows by dangling from a bungee cord. Of course, in real life, this method couldn't possibly work; but in the cartoon world, sure, why not? Part of the fun is accomplishing the most mundane tasks in the stupidest way possible.

The pirate captain, masquerading as a merchant ship's cook, finally attained the long lost treasure hoard of Nathaniel Flint, only to see it vanish as Treasure Planet underwent a destruct sequence. "The loot of a thousand worlds" gone in a few minutes. Clearly, Silver took it well. Good recall, Salty.

This is Brain from the Animaniacs episode "Spellbound." This was a half hour episode centered around Pinky and the Brain. You could basically say it was a test to see if the two characters could stand along on their own for a half hour as the stars of the show. It worked and they later got their own show.

Yep, Brain said this. It was a spell to (obviously) shrink something down.

Yeah, never saw the entire episode, just happen to know that particular line--and that episode was on the Nostalgia Critic's top 11 list of favorite Animaniac episodes.

I'm sure this is Yosemite Sam, but I can't remember the cartoon title.

The title is "Rabbit Every Monday." Bugs has tossed Sam's hat into the fireplace, and Sam has pulled out a log instead of his hat. Of course he wears it.
