But Jim Henson's puppets move in live action, not by the illusion of movement. Not that I mind including puppets, I was just wondering. And that's my 2 hey-pennies.

Oh, nit-pick away. I knew this would be a marginal instance. Could cases of any non-live actors count as animation? They're muppets / puppets, certainly, but making them move and speak phonemes is an illusionery craft. It'd be a gerrymandered line indeed if motion-captured characters qualified, but Jim Henson's didn't.

Yes, this is Dr. Reginald Bushroot from Darkwing Duck. This is from his first episode which is his villain origin story "Beauty and the Beet." Bushroot wanted to test a theory in which "people" would be able to get their nutrition like plants. Unfortunately, the plant science budget at St. Canard University was cut after his experiment was sabotaged by two of his colleagues. Bushroot then experimented on himself in the park. This quote is once he's returned to St.Canard to announce the success of his experiment, only to see his reflection in the glasses of his teasing colleagues--realizing he had inadvertently transformed himself into a mutant plant duck.
