Mild surprise that it's almost dead center of the land mass that is Neverland.

I looked it up, and to my surprise, this is not a goofy Batman parody but from BTAS. The episode is "Nothing to Fear." Batman has been struck by the Scarecrow's fear gas and thinks he sees his late father, Thomas Wayne who tells him he's a disgrace. The second quote is Batman getting over his fear and challenging this frightening hallucination.
Although I must admit, out of context, it sounds hilarious.
