You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

This is Christopher Columbus, and King Ferdinand in Hare We Go.

Saltyboot, you're absolutely right. True to form, they're arguing over whether the world is flat or round. Good job. :). Next quote's all yours.

Going purely by the accent, I'd say this was Penelope Pitstop, taking exception to one of her Perils.

Nice try, OUB, but it's actually Dinosaur Dan, from "The First Bad Man."

Thanks, Salty. How about this quote:

"Now, shall we put the pretty egg back in the nest before a certain little mouse gets himself hurt?"

If I'm not mistaken, this is the owl from the Sniffles short "Little Brother Rat."

Yes, Glowworm, it's Father Owl. He doesn't like Sniffles stealing the egg, but ends up rescuing Junior from the cat, and letting Sniffles have the egg. Good job. :). Next quote's yours.

I'll admit, I only saw this short once in college off the internet. Sniffles shorts are not my favorite. (Too slow for my liking.)

I've waited long enough. It's Count Bloodcount, from "Transylvania 6-500."

Correct, I was worried this one would need a clue.

Thanks, Glowworm. Now here's another that won't need a clue:

"Hey, Ringo. I've just had the strangest dream."

I thought this one would be easy, but no one even bothered to post the answer.

Hint: Yesterday would have been his 76th birthday.

Well, the late John Lennon was born on Wednesday 9 October 1940, and Ringo Starr was his bandmate in the Sixties with The Beatles. Therefore, this quote must come from the trippy Yellow Submarine.

Well, this quote isn't quite as on-date as that one, but it's approximately close-ish.

"There are few who deny it: / What I do, I am the best, / All my talents are renowned far and wide.
"When it comes to surprises / On a moonlit night, / I excel without ever even trying."
