We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Thanks, Glowworm. Now for these clues, which may well be the easiest ones yet:

    1. You could call us a boys' club with very unusual "uniforms."

    2. Adulthood isn't on our agenda.

    3. We are not to be confused with a classic 1987 film about teenage vampires.

Once again, I can't believe these clues are so hard, when I expected them to be no-brainers. So here I go with three more:

    4. The only way to our homeland is by direct flight.

    5. However, our adversaries travel on the high seas.

    6. Our fearless leader has a brand of peanut butter named after him.

I knew what it was on the first set of clues, but the third one threw me off. It's the Lost Boys from Peter Pan.

Ooo, it's been a while. Here's the character I finally put together.

I’m a little mouse running in the snow.
At first a fox started chasing me.
    Then a couple of owls.

    Next three:

The fox and I end up on some ice and fell through.
Instead of letting me drown, the fox saved me.
This short was made my ESMA in 2015

Just saw it on YouTube. It's the un-named mouse(I'll call him Mousey), from "The Short Story Of A Fox And A Mouse."

Yes, it's Mousey. After the fox saves him, they become friends.

Thanks, Salty. Now for another awesome one:

    1. I'm one of just two girls on the show.

    2. One of my five companions is my own little brother.

    3. Despite the title I earn, I don't actually steal anything-I just turn invisible.

    Three more clues:

    4. My animated series begins on a scary amusement park ride.

    5. My little bro makes like Conan.

    6. Forgot to mention I'm also accompanied by a baby unicorn.

Ok, as OUB would say, cupcake clues:

    7. My series replaced one about a trio of pandas.

    8. My other four companions become a ranger, magician, cavalier, and acrobat.

    9. The show is based on a game that created lots of problems.

Drat, I almost know this one. The animated Saturday series is Dungeons And Dragons, adapted into animation from the Gary Gigax board game. Some youngsters take a wild ride in an amusement park with no OSHA compliance, and end up in a parallel fantasy world redressed as adventurer characters. The teutonic blond guy becomes the melee ranger and team captain. The lying, whiny brat becomes a minor wizard, one girl becomes a sneak-thief cum spy who can turn invisible, and one other girl who becomes the archer, weapon and quiver included. I remember the wizard guy is named Eric, but I can't recall the other characters' names. Except the Dungeon Master, a short, bald gnome who seems to know everything except how to point the kids to the exit. Him, I remember.

Actually, Eric was the Cavalier, and Presto the magician. At any rate, the mystery character is Sheila.

So, I've gotten another one half-right. No surprise, since I've got a drawer-full of unmatched socks, which I'll wear if I think no one will notice. While on the topic of halves:

    1) This character appears in a fully-animated series that was regularly televised. The series is no longer in production, but the studio that produced it still stands.

    2) Yay, Girl Power! This character is female, and a mother as well. She's been eclipsed by her children, however, because, well, pandering to the audience is a thing.

    3) Though she's no daredevil, this character nonetheless achieved something astounding, twice in a row. This gets mentioned in the series' opening song.

    Intermediate clues time:

    4) This character is one of two parents seen in the series. The two are presumably still married, raising their two offspring.

    5) While she may be a loving mother, she's rather silly, and her two charges are often Free Range Children that encounter a very sinister fellow repeatedly.

    6) A silly mommy? That's to be expected, since she's literally headless. Just like her husband.

    Cupcake clues time:

    7) Premiered on Cartoon Network before they tried that live-action departure, and ran for four seasons.

    8) Created by David Feiss in 1995.

    9) Her voice is provided by Candi Milo.

Of course! "Momma had a chicken, Momma had a cow, dad was proud, he didn't care how."
Mom from Cow and Chicken--to deconstruct the entire--people only shown from the legs down bit done in many cartoons, Mom and Dad are literally only a pair of legs. While this is actually shown in the pilot episode "No Smoking" it is merely hinted at in the actual series as their shadows only show their legs and they are constantly doing things with them rather than any arms.
BTW, I actually caught this before the cupcake clues showed up.

Yes, indeed, this is Momma from Cartoon Network's Cow And Chicken, parent to the title characters. Well done, Glowworm. :)

Thanks, note--I am going off on Saturday on a cruise.
    Anyhow, here's one.
    1. I am a Sanrio character on a Netflix original series.
    2. However, don't go thinking "Hello Kitty" on me.
    3. My series is actually an adult take on "Hello Kitty" and takes place in an accounting office.
