Aha, I remember this baddie: Rocky Maninoff, the chief gangster who called his Tommy Gun a "violin," threatening to play "a tune" directed at Tennesse Tuxedo and Chumley Walrus. Rocky's name is a wordplay on Russian composer Sergei Rachmaninoff. Tennessee and Chumley cartoons were usually intermediate segments from The Underdog Show.

1) This character has appeared only once to date in an animated feature film. It's also one of those Roger Rabbit films that has real live people in it.

2) This character isn't human. He interacts with them, certainly, but he himself isn't human. Too small and too furry.

3) Remember that moment when Disney's Bolt realized that he wasn't a super-duper wonder dog with superpowers, just an ordinary doggie with a lot of heart? This character gets the same bombshell dropped on him: he's not a super-duper amped-up version of his kind, just a regular little guy with "Little Engine That Could" heart. The truth wobbles him, but he walks it off.

This time, I have no idea. I'll leave it up to someone else.

Oh my, it seems the first set of clues were too vague. No prob, these next three should sharpen the focus.

4) Walt Disney Pictures is mostly responsible for this character and his teammates, though they did get some outside help.
