Yes, This is Louie the Lapin from the Super Chicken episode, "The Easter Bunny." Why? Well Easter is coming sooner than usual, so why not?
Basically, Louie the Lapin (French for rabbit) was a criminal who robbed banks disguised as the Easter Bunny--due to the Easter Bunny being a beloved holiday icon, the customers at the bank actually want the tellers to give him the money. Later on, disguised as Easter eggs, Fred and Super Chicken break into Louie's hotel room and knock off his mask.

Thanks, Glowworm. Now I combine two holidays into one with these clues:

1. My TV special is now 45 years old, and was the first one from my studio devoted to Easter.

2. My evil competitor finds ways to outsmart me, including dying the eggs green.

3. However, I have the luck of the Irish when I hand them out on St. Patrick's Day.

I know who this is, but will hold off for now.

I can only provide three more clues:

4. Want to know if I'm fibbing? Look at my left ear.

5. I travel about in a holiday-themed time machine.

6. My buddy, the machine's pilot, calls me by my French name.

6. My special premiered on April 6, 1977, and was last seen on April 5, 1980.

2. He never devours Sunny, since that would have ruined the plot.

3. Sunny and the kids make him an Easter outfit, which he appreciates.

4. Like Winter Warlock, he starts out as a villain, but becomes a good guy.

5. This is done since Sunny knows he hates anything Easter related.

6. Those were the first and last air dates of the special.

That's right, it's the bookworm. Some witches need a worm for their potion, and send a crow to get one.

Thanks--I think the crow in question is actually the Raven from Edgar Allen Poe though--after all, this does take place in a bookstore.

2. I've been paid to drown a cat.
3. The cat of course has fun playing with my emotions.

Got it after checking Warner Bros. "Censored Eleven." It's Sambo, the young boy from "Angel Puss."

1. As I mentioned, it's one of the "Censored Eleven," due to being considered racist.

2. The cat says something about Sambo being paid four bits to do the job.

3. The cat haunts him in a variety of ways until Sambo catches on, and kills him for real. Then he's terrorized by nine cat ghosts.
