You WIll Need To Reset Your Password!!!

We just moved hosts on this system, and this has caused a few updates. One is the way we encode and store the encoded passwords.

Your old passwords will NOT work. You will need to reset your password. This is normal. Just click on reset password from the log in screen. Should be smooth as silk to do...

    Sorry for the hassle.

    Other Side Of Maleficent

I have been looking forward to Maleficent with equal amounts of anticipation and dread. On one hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, so cold and so pure, and I want desperately to see more of her and her back-story. On the other hand, she is easily my favorite Disney villain, and I would hate to see her parodied, taken lightly or ultimately destroyed in a film that does not understand this great character. The good news is that this film almost gets it right; but that is also the bad news.

    Disney To Feast In France

The follow up to Disney’s 2013 Academy Award Winning short Paperman has been announced, and it will premiere at France’s Annecy International Animated Film Festival. Titled The Feast, the short looks to be based on the same stylized CG techniques used on last years Paperman, a more natural and hand-drawn look to computer animation.

    Renegades of Animation: Pat Sullivan

Pat Sullivan became famous worldwide for his creation of Felix the Cat. What most animation histories gloss over is Sullivan’s checkered past and longtime standing as a wildcat renegade. He didn’t follow the rules. And he made damn sure to fully protect his intellectual properties.

Exactly, it's the mother eagle from "Go Fly a Kit." She may only be in there for the flashback--but it makes for an adorable origin story of a flying cat. Also, she's definitly qualifies as a good mom.

Thanks, here is another mom character.

My sons got me a Mothers day gift.
It got ruined, so they stole another one and gave it to me.
I was chased by the original owner.

    Three more.

When I tried on my gift, it made me look just like Greta Garbo.
This short was the last in our series.
We were based on the comic strip.

This is just a hunch, but I'll bet it's Mama Katzenjammer.

And your hunch will be correct! It is indeed Mama Katzenjammer.

Her sons bought her a hat for Mothers Day.
They fell in the mud and ruined it, so they stole another hat off a horse.
The horse chased Mama to get it back.
This was the last short in the MGM series.
The comic strip was The Katzenjammer Kids.

Thanks, Saltyboot. Now here's a real good one:

    1. For a wife and mother, I'm very good with a slingshot.

    2. Occasionally, I'm a dragon rider.

    3. Before my animated series, my voice actress also supplied the voice of an infamous killer's mother.

I think I do - it's Tara from The Herculoids

    1) Wife of Zandor, mother of Dorno
    2) That would be the space dragon, Zok
    3) Virginia Gregg voiced Norman Bates' "mother" in Psycho

Good job, Pete. It's Tara, all right. So now you may take a turn. :) And happy Mother's Day to the moms of us users.

Sorry for the long wait - here is the next character...

    1) I adopted the movie's hero.

    2) I have the highest ambition for my son, despite my exasperation with him.

    3) I consistently misname a character I don't like (but dare not upset).

It's been a while since I've seen this one, but hey, I specialize in bricks. :)
The Fairy Godmother from Shrek 2. Prince Charming was adopted, he's not really charming and really not prince material, and she detests Shrek, but prefers to oppose him secretly rather than openly.

A good shot, but I don't think she fulfils clue 3; so no, it isn't the Fairy Godmother from Shrek.

    OK, more clues...

    4) I'm yet another irascible redhead.

    5) You've got to keep a tight schedule to run a big place like this. Need strict rules....

    6) I use the demerit system.

This can't be right, but the "redhead" clue tickles too much to resist. Ignatz Mouse-class brick coming ...
Kneesocks the demon from the Studio Gainax series Panty And Stocking With Garterbelt.
She got mighty defensive with Briefs Rock when he refused to marry Kneesock's sister Scanty. And when she and her sister seized control of Daten City High School, the sisters transformed it into a hive mind Nazi-like institute with rules galore. And, being a demon, Kneesocks is a redhead; in fact, her whole body is red, including her spaded tail which nobody notices. Kneesock's hair is a silver-white color, though. Oh, and the demon sisters don't quite use a demerit system as much as a demotion system: the Anarchy sisters end up in a subterranean classroom alongside misfits and cuckoos.

    Submitted just for funsies. :p

    Time for the last clues!

    7) Although I favour my biological son, I take my duty as foster-father seriously.

    8) My adopted son is content with his life, and considers it an honour to become his foster-brother's servant.

    9) In the end he is elevated above us all.
